Commercial brokers
You are already at the closing table. Financing your client cannot find is a deal you do not get to close.
Find my fundingYou already have the trust. What you may not have is a capital desk, lender access, and somebody to package the file. That is the part we hand you.
Your client should not have to start over with a stranger.
Every professional who serves small business owners eventually hits the same wall: the client needs capital, and the only options you can name are a bank that will probably say no and an internet ad that will definitely cost too much. So you refer them into a void and hope it goes well. It usually does not, and it comes back on you. This is the alternative — a named advisor you can hand them to, who will tell them the truth and send them back to you intact.

Who this fits
If business owners already call you before they make a decision, you are most of the way there. The capital piece is a service you can add, not a career you have to restart.
You are already at the closing table. Financing your client cannot find is a deal you do not get to close.
Half your sphere owns a small business. Most of them have never been asked what the business needs.
You see the cash flow crunch before anyone. You also know exactly which clients are fundable.
You already call on owners every renewal. This is another reason the call is worth taking.
The decline was a box, not a judgment. Send it somewhere it can still work out.
The sale dies on financing. Fix the financing and you close more of your own pipeline.

How a partnership starts
Nobody signs anything on the first call. We would rather find out whether we actually work well together on one real file first.
What you do, who you serve, and what has gone wrong before when you have referred capital out.
Walk one real client through with us. You see exactly how we treat the people you send.
Compensation, who owns the relationship, what gets disclosed, how we handle their data. Signed, both directions.
Platform access, co-branded materials, and as much or as little training as you want.
What we bring
What you bring
On closed placements, at terms we agree in writing before you send the first file. Compensation varies by product and funding source because the underlying economics differ. We will show you the arrangement on paper, not describe it vaguely on a call.
Commercial business financing is not licensed the way residential mortgage origination is, and requirements vary by state and by activity. Where a license or registration is required for what you plan to do, you need to hold it. If you are already licensed in real estate, insurance, or accounting, check your own rules on referral compensation and disclosure. We will not ask you to do anything that puts your license at risk, and we are not giving you legal advice — ask your own counsel.
No. The relationship is yours and that goes in the written agreement. We are the capital desk behind you, not a competitor you just handed a lead to.
Neither. A referral or partner relationship with Trinathen Business Capital LLC is an independent business arrangement. It is not employment, not a franchise, not a business opportunity offering, and there is no guarantee of income or volume.
That is a different company and a different license. Residential mortgage origination runs through Trinathen Lending LLC, NMLS #2783720, and requires MLO licensing. If that is where you are headed, start on the lending side and we will walk you through what it takes.
Co-branded, yes. Fully hidden, no. Borrowers are entitled to know who is involved in arranging their financing and how those parties are compensated. That transparency is not negotiable, and frankly it is what makes the relationship durable.

Tell us about your practice and the clients you keep having to turn away. If there is something here for both of us, we will find it in one conversation.
A partner relationship is an independent business arrangement, not employment, not a franchise, and not an income guarantee. Please do not send client Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or tax documents through this form.We are not a bank. Trinathen Business Capital LLC is not a bank or depository institution and does not take deposits. We are a commercial finance intermediary. We help you understand your options and we take your file to the funding sources we work with. We do not make the credit decision.
Nothing here is an approval. This website is not an offer, an approval, or a commitment to provide financing. Availability, amount, pricing, collateral, personal guarantees, documentation and repayment terms are determined by the funding source based on your business and your transaction.
Business purpose only. These are commercial financing products for business purposes. They are not consumer loans and not residential mortgages, and they do not carry consumer mortgage protections. Residential mortgage financing is handled by our sibling company, Trinathen Lending LLC.
How we are paid. When a placement closes, we are typically compensated by the funding source, and in some cases that compensation can affect the rate or terms you are offered. Ask us and we will tell you how we are paid on your specific file before you sign anything.
